I was a first time new car buyer looking to purchase either the new Crosstrek or the Forester. Ricky is awesome at helping both me and my wife at deciding what we want and being incredibly nice to us. We ended up choosing the Forester Sport and I am incredibly happy with our purchase! Marcus at the finance office is also very nice to us. Not only both of them make the car buying experience as seamless as possible, all the other sales person are incredibly friendly, kind and not pushy at all. I could not recommend them enough!

Sales Department Personnel are the best. Whether it be Corey D.,ShaniaR.,or Jackson R. they always call you by name, treat you with respect and get you in and out in a timely manner. This time it was Corey D and tech Robert Bednar who took care of my 45,000 check in a minimum amount of time.

We bought a new Forester in 2022. The service from Rogers Subaru has been outstanding, above and beyond all expectations. The service staff is so professional and helpful, the waiting facility is welcoming, and of course, we love the car! The last time we were there, a lot of people were getting their car serviced also, but Shania Rales kept us posted on what was going on and where we were in the process and it was so easy. We also have a 2009 Forester and the attention it gets is just as good as with the newer one. Five Star rating isn't high enough. We give them Ten Stars!

Always excellent service from Corey and the others at the counter. I especially like the multipoint inspection and the email I received afterwards that gives more information on items that will need replacing in the future: where they are, what they do and why they will need replacing.

This was my first time buying a new car, and the experience was great. Justin was really helpful, easy to talk to. We test drove the car, then talked about financing, and everything was really easy and smooth. I was pleasantly surprised. I never felt any sort of pressure or awkwardness, I didn't feel like I needed to know how to haggle to be able to work out a deal that worked for me. I hope I won't need to buy a new car for a while, but if anyone I know does, I will definitely push them to go to these guys!

Special thanks to Shania for all her help. Battery trouble late on a Saturday. She began the testing and had to let it go overnight. On Sunday she let me know that the battery was dead, advised me that is was under warranty, and she left a message to the service center to replace it on Monday. She went the extra mile and provided excellent service. Thanks to Shania and your service crew, the problem was fixed as quickly as possible early Monday.

We purchased a 2020 Silverado three-quarter ton truck that had everything we were looking for. We just bought a 2019 Ford Flex from Apolonio, all I can say is hands down amazing on the customer service, we stayed late with out even a wink, they were personal and amazing. Came for just a test drive walked out feeling proud of what we own!

Sales side of Rogers was great. I always expect the worse due to how some of the Subaru dealerships around me have been when trying to purchase a vehicle. Long story short I found what I was looking for at Rogers which is about 2 hours away on a Friday afternoon. I explained I could not be there until Saturday morning to look at it. Before end of day Tajh had called me and texted a walk around video of the car. I was surprised by this. It was a used 2024 Forester Sport only on their lot for a day. He pulled it out in the middle of them cleaning it and got the video walk around. I texted back and was like , yup.. That's what I want. We get there Saturday when they opened and I was out of there before noon. No complaints, no pushy hard sales guy. Fully recommend talking with Tajh if you're in the market for a new or used car.

Corey Brown was excellent. He made a normally stressful situation stress free. I would 100% recommend him. All employees were great and very helpful but I felt Corey went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.

I had an appointment for an oil change and inspection. Shania met me as I exited my vehicle . When I inquired, she said we should have it completed in about 45 minutes. 35 minutes later she handed me the keys. I was very pleased with the fast, courteous service provided by the service advisor. Will most certainly return in the future.

We purchased a new car from Roger's and have also had them do substantial work on an older Subaru. The sales experience was painless and we have been very happy with vehicle purchases. We have at times struggled to get the service department on the phone or to return calls, but they did do a good job fixing up our old Outback.
