We are very happy with our experience with Rogers Subaru! Our sales consultant, Blake Vogt, quickly helped us. He did an excellent job matching the right vehicle to us and our family's needs without making us feel harassed or pressured. He thourouly explained the process and patiently walked us through the ins and outs of the vehicle berfore and after we signed on the bottom line. The General Manager, Corey Brown, really worked with us to make sure we were all happy with our purchase. We are also pleased with the interest rate the Finance Advisor, Dane Hillesland, got for us. I had an appointment for an oil change and inspection. Shania met me as I exited my vehicle . When I inquired, she said we should have it completed in about 45 minutes. 35 minutes later she handed me the keys. I was very pleased with the fast, courteous service provided by the service advisor. Will most certainly return in the future.

Corey Brown was excellent. He made a normally stressful situation stress free. I would 100% recommend him. All employees were great and very helpful but I felt Corey went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.

Contracts were explained thoroughly to help ease my mind...I had only ever purchased a car, never leased...it was all brand new! I live over 160 miles away and the dealership worked together to coordinate a time for me to pick up the car and get my snow tires put on it so I could make it back home safely! Recently brought a new 2025 Forester hybrid. Cory D and staff worked hard to determine the source of a braking noise . It turns out , the regenerative braking is the normal source of this sound . So I am happy with my new vehicle, great mileage, but a service bulletin or recall in the future wouldn’t surprise me

Rogers Subaru of Lewiston is an awesome dealership. Their facility is very user friendly, the staff excels in positive personalities, and they handled our purchase of a Forester with extreme efficiency. Our sales consultant, Zack Kopacka, was and continues to be an excellent resource of information. Upon return visits for the six month check in and another minor issue - which was our fault, not theirs - they continued to be upbeat and very efficient. During the six month visit, the service advisor, Michael Buttenhoff, spent time chatting and answering questions, which was highly appreciated. You cannot choose a better company.

Positive experience doing Sunday car buying business w the folks at Rogers Subaru in Lewiston. Israel (sales) was a solid contact fm start to finish. He took our visit and time seriously and professionally, and communicated well with us. The Team prepared for us, met us on time at the door w/ a smile, had used vehicle clean and waiting indoors for us on rainy day. They even completed a deeper vehicle clean and full tank of fuel while we finished paperwork. Sales team got us out the door and back on the road asap. Was glad we traveled to them. Was concerned that the weekend might mean delays w/ how much business could be completed, but the team easily completed our deal without delay or a 2nd visit. They made buying easier, more enjoyable.

Second car we just bought in 10 months from Zack K. He goes above and beyond in every way!! He even got someone to pick up the extra key from the old owners absolutely outstanding! He gave effort like no other communicated greatly kept me updated always in contact through the whole process. Zack deserves a raise He does outstanding work we will always buy from him and recommend to everyone we know! Peter Gregg at Rogers Subaru just helped me buy the car I wanted. Peter is a knowledgeable, nice, and kind person. He was so willing to find me the perfect car. He is very patient. Peter is also a very good listener. He found two cars for me to look at and drive. I bought one of them!!! It was that simple. He remembered all my questions and answered them all. Even after I bought the car, Peter went through all the features of the new car and gave me several tips not in the book. That took some time, but he was glad to help me. He showed me around the dealership and introduced me to the Service Department folks. Dane Hillesland explained all the legal and financial stuff, and stuff I had to sign and the other options I had. He was very kind as well and explained things fully. He respected my point of view and was patient as I was figuring out what I should do. They both listened to me, remembered what I wanted, and found the car that was right for me. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give them both a 15! They made the car-buying process fun!

My appointment was for a warranty repair. Service rep Shinia Rales noticed I was scheduled for oil change the next week. She set it up to take care of it at the same time. Warranty turned out to be a silly twisted seat belt. She saved me a trip, everything taken care of!

We purchased a new car from Roger's and have also had them do substantial work on an older Subaru. The sales experience was painless and we have been very happy with vehicle purchases. We have at times struggled to get the service department on the phone or to return calls, but they did do a good job fixing up our old Outback.
