Sharing Warmth Where It Matters Most - Karson A

For the 2026 winter season, Rogers Subaru is proud to celebrate the third year of our partnership with Operation Warm and the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Lewis Clark Valley. This year, our team was honored to facilitate the donation of over 200 brand-new, high-quality winter jackets to children throughout the Valley. Watching the kids' faces light up as they selected their favorite colors and felt the warmth of a fresh coat was a powerful reminder that the Subaru Love Promise is about more than just a donationit's about providing the confidence and comfort every child deserves to thrive during the coldest months of the year. For everyone at Rogers Subaru, giving back to the Lewis Clark Valley isn't just a corporate initiative; it is a core part of our identity as a local, family-owned business. We believe that for our community to prosper, we must invest in its future, starting with our youth. By coming together for the third consecutive year to ensure no child in the Valley goes without a warm coat, we are reaffirming our commitment to being "More Than a Car Dealer." We are dedicated to leaving a positive mark on our hometown and showing our neighbors that Rogers Subaru will always be here to help our community stay warm, safe, and supported.

Love, Loyalty, and Local Pets: Rogers Subaru Supports Lewis Clark Animal Shelter - Karson A

This October, the Subaru Love Promisethe Subaru commitment to making the world a better placetook the form of unwavering support for the Lewis Clark Valley Animal Shelter. Recognizing the critical need for resources as the weather turned colder, Rogers Subaru launched a comprehensive Pet Food and Supply Drive through their sales and service departments. The response from their dedicated customer base was nothing short of inspiring. Dozens of amazing customers visited the dealership throughout the month, dropping off hundreds of much-needed items, transforming the showroom into a temporary hub of community generosity for the region's shelter pets in need. The incredible influx of donations ensured that the shelter received far more than just food. Customers delivered much needed items, including sturdy, new kennels and carriers, which are vital for transportation and quarantine. The smaller, comforting goods included massive quantities of engaging toys, warm blankets, and specialized treats. Most critically, the drive successfully collected hundreds of pounds of various dog and cat foods, guaranteeing that every belly remains full, alongside essential cleaning supplies like industrial-strength disinfectants and durable paper towels, which are crucial for maintaining a clean and healthy environment for all the animals awaiting their forever homes. The culmination of the successful drive occurred on October 23rd, when Rogers Subaru employees Mike Nattell and Brady Bain personally loaded up the collected bounty and delivered it directly to the grateful staff at the Lewis Clark Valley Animal Shelter. This event is a perfect illustration of how Rogers Subaru helps strengthen the community. By facilitating this effort, they not only provided tangible aid to a needy non-profit organization but also provided their customers with a simple, effective way to give back, reinforcing the dealership's deep local roots and demonstrating that their commitment extends well beyond the sale or servicing of a vehicle.

Rogers Subaru Supports Boys & Girls Clubs of the Lewis Clark Valley - Joshua S

Imagine going without a coat, shoes, or even socks. For millions of children and adults experiencing homelessness and other urgent need situations across the country, even here in Lewiston, this is a harsh reality. Helping others strengthens communities, which is why Rogers Subaru is partnering with Operation Warm®, a national nonprofit focused on connecting children with the resources they need to thrive. Through this partnership and other Subaru Loves to Help® efforts, Subaru and retailers like Rogers Subaru have helped nearly 900,000 children and adults in urgent need. On 01/14/2025, Rogers Subaru donated 204 coats to Boys & Girls Clubs of the Lewis Clark Valley. These essential items not only help keep children protected, warm, and dry, it can have a significant impact on a child's mental and emotional well-being.

Community Donation Fuels Hope and Healing at Snake River Clinic - Karson A

The Subaru Love Promise is more than just a slogan; it's a commitment between Subaru and its retailers to be more than just a car dealer. It is an opportunity to give back to local groups that do so much for the area, with little gratitude or recognition. For Rogers Subaru, this commitment shone brightly in 2025 with their significant donation to the Snake River Clinic. This wasn't a one-time act of charity, but a reflection of Rogers Subaru's ongoing dedication to the health and well-being of their community. The donation was made possible through a combination of the annual Subaru Share the Love Event, where a portion of every new Subaru sold or leased is donated to the customer's choice of charity. As well as additional contributions directly from Rogers Subaru. The Snake River Clinic is a vital resource for the underserved populations in the region. This non-profit organization provides essential healthcare services, including medical, dental, and mental health care, to individuals and families who may lack insurance or the financial means to access traditional healthcare. The clinic's dedicated staff and volunteers work tirelessly to ensure that everyone, regardless of their circumstances, has access to quality care. They address various health needs, from preventative check-ups and chronic disease management to acute care and mental health support. Rogers Subaru's donation to the Snake River Clinic in 2025 directly supported the clinic's ability to expand its services and reach even more people in need. The funds were used to purchase updated medical equipment, increase staffing hours, and enhance the clinic's outreach programs. This meant more patients could be seen, waiting times were reduced, and the clinic could offer a wider array of services, ultimately improving the health and lives of countless individuals within the community. The impact of Rogers Subaru's generosity extended far beyond the walls of the clinic. It fostered a stronger, healthier community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. The Subaru Love Promise in action, demonstrating how a local business can partner with a vital community organization to make a tangible and lasting difference. The donation not only provided essential resources but also sent a powerful message of compassion and support to those who rely on the Snake River Clinic's services.

Sharing Warmth: Local Coat Donation Supports Boys and Girls Club Youth - Karson A

The Clarkston Boys and Girls Club buzzed with excitement on a chilly February afternoon. For the second consecutive year, Rogers Subaru, in partnership with Operation Warm, was hosting a special event: the distribution of brand-new winter jackets. This year, the event was held directly at the Clarkston clubhouse, one of the three LC Valley Boys and Girls Club locations benefiting from this act of community support. The primary goal was to ensure that children in need had access to warm, reliable outerwear, promoting their health and well-being during the winter months. Beyond the practical benefit, the event aimed to boost the children's confidence and self-esteem. A new jacket can make a significant difference in a child's life, allowing them to participate fully in school and outdoor activities. As the children arrived at the Clarkston Boys and Girls Club, the atmosphere was filled with anticipation. They eagerly selected their new jackets, with Rogers Subaru staff and Boys and Girls Club volunteers to assist with sizing and offer encouragement. The smiles on the children's faces as they tried on their coats were a powerful reminder of the event's impact. This initiative is a cornerstone of the Subaru Love Promise, a commitment by Subaru and its retailers to support the communities they serve. By collaborating with Operation Warm and the LC Valley Boys and Girls Club, Rogers Subaru demonstrated this commitment, providing warmth and spreading joy throughout the Lewiston-Clarkston community and beyond.

Litter-Free Legacy - Karson A

The afternoon of May 16th, 2025, dawned cloudy with threatening rain, mirroring the pristine waters of the Clearwater River, but not deterring a dedicated crew. Twenty-five employees from the Rogers Subaru retailer gathered along Highway 12, their blue "Subaru Loves the Earth" t-shirts a vibrant contrast to the green of the surrounding Idaho landscape, and their blaze orange safety vests. This wasn't just a company outing; it was an act of service, a living embodiment of the Subaru Love Promise. The mission: to clean up a two-mile stretch of riverfront, a task made necessary by the unfortunate reality of roadside litter. Armed with gloves, trash bags, and a shared sense of purpose, the team spread out along the highway. The sounds of the rushing river mingled with the cheerful chatter of volunteers as they worked. They found the usual culprits: plastic bottles, fast-food wrappers, and discarded cans. But there were also more unusual items a tattered tire, a rusted hubcap, and even a wayward lawn chair, all testaments to the careless disregard some had shown this beautiful place. As the day progressed, the initial energy was sustained by the tangible results of their efforts. Bag after bag filled with debris, a testament to the impact a dedicated group could make. Drivers passing by honked their horns in support, offering smiles and waves. The employees, in turn, felt a growing sense of connection to each other, to the community, and to the river they were helping to restore. By late afternoon, the two-mile stretch of Highway 12 along the Clearwater River looked significantly different. Seventy-five bags of litter had been collected, a small victory in the ongoing battle to protect our environment. Tired but satisfied, the Subaru team gathered for a final group photo, the rolling hillsides behind them a symbol of the beauty they had helped preserve. The Subaru Love Promise wasn't just a slogan; it was a promise kept, a promise to the Earth and to the community they called home.

An inconvenience to me was an opportunity for Rogers Subaru to go above and beyond - KAREN P

From the moment I stepped onto the lot at Rogers Subaru, I knew I was in good hands. But what I recently experienced transcended mere good service; it was an extraordinary display of care and dedication that truly made me feel valued. A simple flat tire turned into a testament to the remarkable commitment of the Rogers Subaru team. It started with a frustrating inconvenience: a flat tire, far from home. I reached out to Rogers Subaru, and immediately, the team sprang into action. What followed was nothing short of miraculous. They not only repaired my tire but, incredibly, delivered it to me, a staggering 100 miles away. This level of service is unheard of, a genuine act of kindness that left me speechless. Peter Gregg, my salesperson, continues to be a shining example of attentiveness and professionalism. Hes not just a salesperson; hes a trusted advisor, always ready to assist and ensure my satisfaction. His dedication goes beyond the sale, fostering a relationship built on trust and genuine care. The service department, led by Shania, Jackson, and Corey, is equally exceptional. They are always there, ready to tackle any issue with efficiency and a smile. Their expertise and willingness to go the extra mile are truly commendable. Its clear they prioritize customer satisfaction above all else. What truly sets Rogers Subaru apart is the personal touch. Even the retired owner, Rich Rogers, remains deeply involved and accessible. He answers my calls personally, eager to help with any need, big or small. This level of commitment from the top down speaks volumes about the culture of care that permeates the entire dealership. This isn't just about fixing a flat tire; it's about the feeling of being respected and valued as a customer. Rogers Subaru doesn't just sell cars; they build relationships. They understand that true customer service is about empathy, responsiveness, and a genuine desire to help. In a world where customer service often falls short, Rogers Subaru stands as a beacon of excellence. They've not only earned my loyalty but my deepest gratitude. Their actions have reinforced that I'm not just a customer; I'm part of the Rogers Subaru family. To Peter, Shania, Jackson, Corey, and Rich, thank you for making me feel loved, respected, and valued. Youve turned a simple repair into an unforgettable experience. If youre looking for a dealership that truly cares, look no further than Rogers Subaru. They exemplify what it means to provide exceptional service, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a dealership that treats their customers like family.

Growing Tomorrows Leaders: Rogers Subaru Helps Cultivate the Future with 4-H Support - Sam M

In rural Idaho, the annual 4H livestock auction at our regional County fairs is an event that fills our community's youth with excitement. Nestled between Nez Perce, Idaho, Clearwater, Asotin, Latah, and Lewis counties, Lewiston offers many fairs to enjoy and countless kids to support. 4-H is a wonderful program that ignites a spark in kids, helping them build real-world skills and become adaptable, lifelong learners. Although the journey can be challenging for the youth, 4-H'ers are thriving. Studies show that compared to their peers, they are: - Twice as likely to aim for leadership roles - Three times more likely to engage in community service - Twice as likely to lead lives full of intentionality and purpose That's why at Rogers Subaru, we are passionate about supporting these incredible 4H students and their animal projects. For decades, we've been attending every regional fair and auction, purchasing animals raised by these talented students. Often, we'd donate the animals back, allowing students to continue raising them and hopefully auction them again the following year to earn more funds. In the past, we've spent upwards of $20,000 annually at these auctions in support of 4H youth. However, in 2024, we decided to take our support to a whole new level. Instead of purchasing animals from just a handful of students, we chose to support ALL 4H students. We distributed over $35,000 to hundreds of students to help cover the expenses of raising their animals and to learn the invaluable life lessons provided by this amazing program. Kids in 4H learn far more than agriculture and livestock. The green, four-leaf clover symbolizes 4-H utilizing four "H's." The 4 "H's" are found in the pledge, which is recited at club meetings and county, state, and national programs. "I pledge my Head to clearer thinking My Heart to greater loyalty My Hands to larger service My Health to better living For my club, community, country, and world." 4-H focuses on developing healthy lifestyles, both physically and emotionally, by teaching youth to manage feelings, build self-esteem, and build character. Youth learn to use their Head, Heart, Hands, and Health to better their club, community, country, and world. These attributes are not far off of the Subaru Love Promise of HEART, Honesty Empathy Appreciation Respect and Trust. That is why Rogers Subaru is pleased to increase, and pledge to continue, our support of the local 4H chapters, and the amazing youth that grow within their programs.

Showing We Care Through Coziness - Sam M

As a part of our commitment to community support, we recently visited the St. Joseph Regional Medical Center Cancer Center in downtown Lewiston. We had the pleasure of donating over 100 cozy blankets to bring warmth and comfort to patients undergoing cancer treatments. At our Subaru dealership, we truly believe in 'Love to Care,' and it means everything to us to contribute positively to our community and support our neighbors in need. Together, we can make a difference.

Rogers Subaru Loves to Help the People and Pets of our Community - Samantha M

Rogers Subaru was again excited to have joined the American Insurance 9th Annual Hometown Business Food Drive again! We added over 200 lbs. of food to help out our local community food bank. It feels amazing to be part of something that supports so many people in need. Altogether, community businesses donated over 5000 lbs. of food, making this year's drive one of the biggest ever! Weve been part of this awesome event for 7 years now and cant wait to keep it going. Its all about coming together as a community to help those who need it most. Also, we didnt forget about the furry friends this holiday season. We joined the Paws and Claws community pet donation drive, collecting supplies worth hundreds of dollars for our local animal shelter. We love being part of these meaningful initiatives because it shows how powerful community support can be. Heres to many more years of making a difference with our awesome local businesses!

Rogers Subaru Partners with Operation Warm & LCV Boys and Girls Club to Help Local Children in Need - Samantha M

Rogers Subaru partnered with Subaru, Operation Warm, and the LC Valley Boys and Girls Club to provide 280 coats to local children in need. The event offered a broad selection of colors and styles, allowing each child to pick a coat that met their needs and preferences. Rogers Subaru knows the importance of giving back to the community that supports us and is grateful for the opportunity to have been involved in this important effort to keep children warm this winter.

Rogers Subaru Helps in the Fight Against Wildfires - Samantha M

Rogers Subaru loves to help and recognizes the importance of supporting our communities at all times, especially during difficult moments. When the Gwen and River wildfires flared, our team sprang into action. Employees collected food, water, toiletries, and other essential supplies, swiftly delivering them to Wildland Firefighters and those affected by the fires. Combating these blazes was no small feat, and we are incredibly grateful to the brave individuals who risked their lives to keep our communities safe.

Rogers Subaru Supports Lewiston Downtown Beautification thru United Way Day of Caring - Sam E

Rogers Subaru has been involved with the Valley United Way Day of Caring continuously for over 10 years. This is our way to allow our staff to volunteer throughout the community, and give back to the area that has provided so much for us. This year Rogers Subaru was selected for a Main St. beautification project. 19 staff members geared up with gloves, rakes and shovels, and healped clean up and recondition 30 planter boxes on Lewistons beautiful Main st. Fresh flowers, ornamental grasses, and over 6000 lb of mulch and bark were spread over a mile of the downtown streetfront. Our crew worked so quickly and with such vigor that we finished early, and were able to spend an additional 3 hours, doing the same thing around the local community center, helping them prep their garden areas and landscaping just in time for spring. All told over 100 hours of employee volunteer time in a day! Just another way that Rogers Subaru and its employees give back!

Rogers Subaru Loves the Earth, and educates local students to do the same. - COREY B

Did you know at Rogers Subaru we give away trees? Thats right with every vehicle delivery customer can take home an Idaho white pine to plant and commemorate the day they brought their new Subaru home. However, it goes much farther than that. Rogers Subaru is committed to the Love Promise and taking the opportunity to bring Love Promise moments both to their customers and community. The Pacific Northwest suffers yearly from devastating de-forestation brought on by wildfires. The Idaho Forest Group helps in re-forestation projects after wildfires have damaged those areas. Rogers Subaru in conjunction with the Idaho Forest Group will utilize our delivery center and live tree wall to teach students about re-forestation efforts, and tree growth in their local forests. By educating local students and getting them involved in these projects, Rogers Subaru is making an impact. For every tree given, another is donated and planted by these students volunteering for re-forestation education programs provided by the IFG. It is just another way Rogers Subaru Loves the Earth, Loves Learning, and brings them together to help our community and live the Subaru Love Promise.

Rogers Subaru Employees clean up over 1000 gallons of Litter during bi-annual Highway cleanup event - COREY B

Twice per year Rogers Subaru employees take time out of their busy days to help clean up US95 east of Lewiston. Rogers Motors has adopted 2 miles of roadway, and volunteers from Rogers Subaru help in keeping it clean. This year our November clean up was particularly eventful. Our team filled over 40, 30 gallon, bags with litter. Orange trash bags dotted the side of the highway, as far as the eye could see. No stone was left unturned and no can was left behind as the team diligently made sure every scrap was accounted for. The outpouring of support from the team was heartwarming, and it was evident that the Rogers Subaru team took the opportunity for a Love Promise moment to ensure our community would take notice of a clean, litter free commute on our beautiful river highway.

Rogers Subaru helps Hometown Business Food Drive amass a combined 16,598lbs for our local food bank - COREY B

Hometown Business Partners Like Rogers Subaru stepped-up under trying circumstances to fill our community food banks for the winter! Most businesses were already dealing with employee shortages, supply slow-downs and inflation costs when they were hit with the natural gas outage just prior to our food drive. It left many businesses without heat and hot water creating chaos in their operations. Even so, our Hometown Business Partners were resilient and determined to help our local families in need of food. They recognized that the need is greater-than-ever because of inflation and gave generously to reduce food and housing insecurity. Some of our regular Partners just couldnt participate this year but thankfully other new Partners joined the cause. Roger Subaru, a consistent supporter of the food drive, stepped up again with almost 500lbs of food donations. Together our Partners nearly matched last years record giving for the Food Drive in food and money donations of 16,598 lbs (money donations reported at $1/lb equivalent)!

Making a Pawsitive for the LC Valley - Becky S

We are grateful for Rogers Subaru & #subarulovespets! During October 2023, 48 shelter animals were adopted from the Lewis Clark Animal Shelter! What an incredible month of shelter promotions and awareness! Rogers Subaru promoted the importance of the Lewis Clark Animal Shelter throughout the month of October. We kicked off the month with a fantastic commercial that presented the importance of the animal shelter within our community. The commercial highlighted our shelter animals and the pawsome support of Rogers Subaru and Subaru of America during the October Subaru Loves Pets event. October was a busy month for Rogers Subaru and LCAS! Not only did our local Subaru produce and promote the commercial, they also spotlighted shelter pets on social media and held a special test drive incentive - $5 donation to be donated on their behalf during the month of October. The shelter received several messages throughout the month from community supporters that test drove for the shelter animals. Rogers Subaru also provided the special Subaru Loves Pet new adoption boxes filled with great information, toys and support from Subaru. Rogers Subaru held a weekend event October 21-22 in celebration of Make a Dogs Day weekend. The dealership offered community pet photos and challenged the community to help Fill the Forester with food, treats and supplies for the shelter animals. The dealership delivered the donation filled Forester the following week and what a difference the donations made for our full shelter! Our community is a better place because of the support LCAS has received by our local Rogers Subaru dealership and Subaru of America. Thank you! The LCAS staff continues to promote our Fear Free Shelter approach and provide the best care for the animals that come through the shelter doors. Every animal deserves to be loved. The Lewis Clark Animal Shelters mission is to promote the humane treatment of animals, prevent cruelty to animals and provide education to enhance the human-animal bond and to end pet over-population through an aggressive spay/neuter campaign. www.lcshelter.org

Supporting our local Boys and Girls Club - Tara D

Here at Rogers Subaru, during the month of April, with each car sold we donated a portion of money which ended up totaling $9,000!! The Boys and Girls Clubs of America are committed to changing children's lives. The programs are designed to empower youth to excel in school, become good citizens and lead healthy, productive lives. Some programs include sports, education, arts health and wellness, workforce readiness and character and leadership. Rogers Subaru is proud to be a part of this organization and see the children succeed in life. The money donated will go toward all of these programs and benefit the club greatly. WAY TO GO ROGERS SUBARU!!

United Way Homes of Hope - Tara D

Employees of Rogers Subaru went above and beyond in helping out the United Way last week! Many volunteers helped with Homes of Hope which is an organization that supports foster parents and children. Foster parents open their homes to children in need of temporary care. This particular program offers resources, training, education, understanding and coaching needed to help families thrive. The program also offers such things as clothing, beds, cribs, books, toys, bedding, car seats, dressers, strollers, diapers, etc. Homes of Hope provides monthly support groups and various trainings and parenting classes throughout the year. On May 5, 2023, Rogers Subaru employees put together 1500 plastic bags full of all kinds of fun things for the children. They also scraped paint and prepared the home to be painted. At days end, everyone was happy, happy to be able to help out the community and those in need.

Employee goes above and beyond his job duties! - Tara D

Corey Delp. A man I never met before, but after today, I will never forget him. When a stranger performs a random act of kindness, they should be thanked. But when a complete stranger takes the time to follow you for blocks, to go out of his way to help you....they deserve public recognition. This young father was behind my car while I was driving my granddaughter (who is autistic) to go to the hospital. Unbeknownst to me, she was throwing things out the window of the car, french fries and a soft drink. However, he also saw her throwing out each of her shoes and then.....my big floor mat! As often as I glanced back at her in my rearview mirror, I didn't see any of this going on but he did. He followed me for blocks and at first I thought I had caused a road rage incident but when I finally stopped in the hospital parking lot he rolled down his window and asked me if I knew what the child in the backseat was doing?! I started to cry and explained to him that she was autistic and I apologized for the incident. He asked if I was going to be at the hospital for awhile and if I had a cell phone in which he could contact me. Corey went and retrieved the items that were tossed out the window. When he returned with her shoes and my floor mat, I cried again. It had been one of the worst weeks of my life, family members in crisis, lots of emotions. But suddenly a splash of joy and sunshine brightened my day and made my heart light! I just had to give him a big thank you and recognize COREY DELP from Rogers Subaru here in Lewiston, Idaho. Not only did he go back and get some things for me, but he himself was on his way to a softball game and had a three-year old in his back seat who was crying. I'm so thankful for people like Corey from Rogers Subaru. It makes one still have faith in the kindness of humanity. Thank you! Jennifer Hunt Menengas

New adventures await..... - Becky S

Grateful for Rogers Subaru & #subarulovespets! During October 2022, over 60 animals were adopted and found their new forever homes! It is through the generous support of Rogers Subaru that the shelter has seen a continued increase in community awareness. Rogers Subarus partnership has included shelter animal pet adoption promotions, pawsome advertising and continued monetary support for the Lewis Clark Animal Shelter. In May 2022, LCAS received 18 dogs from a hoarding situation. While at the shelter many had puppies, bringing the case number to almost 30! The dogs had only lived inside and were only around their owner. When arriving at the shelter they began to experience many new things ~ playing in the water, being outside to watch the birds and feel the breeze. It took time for them to be confident and become what a dog should be. While most of the dogs from the case had been adopted, a few remained by October. One day a lady arrived who was interested in Frank. Frank was one of the shyest of the bunch. He was an observer, a quiet watcher. She adopted him and off he went to his new home. Little did he know that adventure became even more than he could ever dream of. By the end of October, he was transferred to a trainer who along with two other dogs headed out for a cross country trip! Our precious Frank experienced his first Halloween with costume and was able to see Niagara Falls with his new pack! A pup who only saw a corner of a home for much of his life has now experienced more than we could ever imagine for him. This is why we do what we do at LCAS and why we continue to be grateful for the continued support from Rogers Subaru!

4h Auction raises huge sum for Local Youth - Bryson S

It most rural communities the highlight of the year for many local youth is the 4H sale and auction. Jr high and High school 4H students invest countless time and their own funds to raise their livestock to maturity in time for the annual sale. One local 4H student had a different plan this year, which caused an unprecedented outpouring of support from the local community. 18 year old Bryson Stein decided to do something unique with his pig Cabala at the 2022 Asotin County Fair 4H livestock auction. He announced he would be donating half of all of the proceeds to a cancer research charity in honor of the teens own battle with cancer. Bryson was first diagnosed with Synovial Cell Carcinoma at the age of 13. After countless rounds of chemo, radiation and surgeries, he is still fighting and living with cancer every day. When the bidding started the crowd bid vigorously in support of the teen. The price seemed to stall for a moment around $40 per pounds -- which would have been an amazing value on its own for a 240 lb pig -- but then more bids started coming in. At around $50, members of the crowd began applauding the bidders for their generosity ... but then the offers really went crazy. The price climbed to $100 per pound, and then, in the space of just a few bids, leaped to $300 per pound. With everyone in the arena on their feet and clapping, the four bidders who had been battling decided to go in together and bought the pig for $400 per pound, raising over $95,000 for Bryson, his family and Cancer Charities. The winning bidders were Ryan Rogers of Rogers Subaru, Dan Anderson of Dan Anderson Construction; Case Stedham of Western Construction; and Gary Peters of Peters & Keatts Equipment Ryan and Rich Rogers of Rogers Subaru have been steadfast supporters of the 4H auction for decades, however this year provided an opportunity to do a little bit more. Help an outstanding young man and his family within our rural community, while also helping support the fight against cancer. Grateful Paws - Becky S

Through the Rogers Subaru October Pet of Week Promotions #subarulovespets we were able to highlight several of our adoptables waiting for their furever homes at the Lewis Clark Animal Shelter. During the month of October, LCAS had the privilege of adopting out the following: 22 Dogs, 54 Cats from Foster Kittens - Older Household Cats, and our 18 Barn Buddy, Working Cats. Through our clinic services at LCAS, every animal available for adoption at the Lewis Clark Animal Shelter has been vaccinated, spay/neutered, and microchipped prior to adoption. We have a growing foster kitten program, FearFree Shelter enrichment program, and P.A.W.S. Dog Training partnership with ICIO inmate program. Zelda, a one year old Shepherd mix is one of our underdog stories this year. She is an awesome dog who truly prefers to be with humans only. She was a graduate from our 8 week partnership program through our local prison training program. Zelda struggled being around other animals. Finding the right home for her was very difficult, she had several overnight tries in different surroundings and households. She finally found a new place to call home. We are thankful for owners who are willing to work with our underdogs, give them the attention and care they deserve. Continued service well after the sale - Julie F

This is a continuing stroy from my original letter I sent about my experience with Rogers Subaru in Lewiston Idaho, and with one of your salesmen at the dealership. We purchased a 2021 Subaru and were very surprised when the salesman, Brian Adams, made us homemade chocolate chip cookies from his grandmothers recipe, which by the way, were the most delicious chocolate chip cookies we have ever ate. The purchase of this Subaru was a few months ago. We came back today to talk to Brian about a scratch on our car-he knew we were coming-guess you the reader can probably continue the story by yourself. When we walked in guess what was waiting for us? Warm, homemade chocolate chip cookies!!! Talk about continuing service. This great service continues well after you purchase. Unbelievable. What dealership, whether it Subaru or any other continue this kind of service with the customers? Do you think we tell others? YOU BET WE DO!!! This dealership seems to us to be so much more than a car dealership, but more like a family. Go in to talk about your vehicle, you visit like old friends. This Dealership from the top boss down, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Brian and all the employees need a commendation from the Subaru Manufacturer and recognition from you for being an outstanding "family" dealership. Be proud of this group of super employees-they are beyond what is expected, and beyond the norm. Thank you for having such a great group of employees selling your vehicles-We love our Subaru too, its a great vehicle. Julie Fricke

Not All Heroes' Wear Capes - He saved my life! - Heather R

He saved my life! What would you say if I told you that your life could depend on what car salesman you go to? So much more goes into buying a car than just picking out the most flashy model. I'm not someone who thinks about anything more than the color and features when picking out a car. THANKFULLY I bought my car from Justin Davenport at Rogers Subaru in Lewiston, Idaho. He knows I have a daughter and made sure that I bypassed cars with low safety ratings. He found me a car perfect for my daughter and I. Several months later I got hit by a speeding truck hauling 5 tons of hay. My car was picked up, spun, dragged 500 feet and ripped open going 65 mph. Thankfully I was unharmed. If Justin had let me buy the first car I looked at I would have been DEAD. Make sure you buy your cars from someone who cares. Your life could depend on it. MINE DID! I highly recommend seeing Justin Davenport for all your car purchases.
