Performance
Do you log many hours on the road in Pullman each week? The Impreza's blend of performance and fuel efficiency makes each trip more fun. The magic starts under the hood, where a legendary Subaru BOXER engine delivers an impressive amount of horsepower. Using a unique horizontal piston layout, this engine reduces vibration and increases stability to give you the best possible ride. When you add in the optional Linerartronic continuously variable transmission, the Impreza delivers exceptional fuel economy.
If your travels take you through tough weather and road conditions around Moscow, the available Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive system is a great upgrade. This system takes its cues from the balanced engine design, distributing weight evenly to improve your control. By adjusting power delivery to each wheel, the AWD helps your tires grip the road in the snow, rain, mud, and more, so you always have traction.
Technology
As soon as you slide behind the wheel of the Subaru Impreza, you'll notice the full-color screen in the dashboard. This is the center of the STARLINK Multimedia system, which comes standard on all models. Connect your phone using the built-in Bluetooth and stream music or make calls right over the car's speakers. With Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, you can even operate your phone apps using the STARLINK screen while driving around Clarkston. The available navigation system adds extra convenience, particularly when you're driving out of cell phone range.
Shift into reverse, and the screen automatically switches to a live view from the standard rear-view camera. That way, you can back out of the driveway or a parking spot with full confidence.
Interior Space
The Impreza might be a small car, but you'd never know it from looking at the interior. This five-seat model has a surprising amount of passenger space; your friends have plenty of space to stretch during a long road trip in Asotin. Each of the seats is carefully contoured to deliver exceptional support and comfort.
When you're planning an adventure, the Impreza's cargo area comes into play. Both the sedan and the five-door model offer ample space for groceries, luggage, and more. Need more room? The back row of seats is split in a 60/40 configuration. Collapse one side or both sides, depending on the mix of gear and passengers you need to carry. If you select the five-door, you'll get a wider rear gate and even more space for gear.
Safety
From the commute to the campsite, the Impreza's impressive safety system is geared up to keep you secure. EyeSight driver-assist technology, which is available on all models, uses two cameras to detect hazards as you drive in Pullman. If it notices a potential collision or unsafe lane change, the system sends you a warning - in an emergency, it brakes or steers for you to help avoid impact.
Enjoy even more peace of mind with the available blind-spot detector. This system uses radar to monitor the lanes on either side of the car; if another vehicle is in your blind spot, the monitor lights up. Radar is also the secret behind the available rear cross-traffic alert - this system warns you when a vehicle is about to cross behind the car when you're driving in reverse. With these extra eyes looking out for you, it's easier to stay aware in situations with heavy, fast-moving traffic.
